Found this workout in an Oxygen Magazine from Fall 2010. Even back then before apps exploded and crazy MLM claims, eating right and exercise is the key to healthy weight loss. So then why is it so hard to do? With the amount of recipes, eating plans and workouts all available on the world wide web, we shouldn’t have a problem getting healthier and more fit. It won’t happen over night, nothing ever happens over night, unless you win the lottery and then that makes you instantly rich. But the likeliness of that happening is probably slim to none. If you want to change the way YOU are then YOU have to do something about it. No one can or will do it for you.
