I was asked to make 120 cupcakes for a beach themed event. Never done a theme before for my cupcakes so, to be honest, I was terrified at first. But thanks to a few ideas I came up with.
They turned out perfectly and were a huge hit at the party. I've posted a few pictures and links to some tools I used and also the Buttercream Frosting recipe that is always my go too.

My new favourite tool for cupcakes is the medium scoop by Pampered Chef, this thing is literally a godsend! https://www.pinterest.ca/pin/344877283963170595/I use the 24 cup Wilton Cupcake tray and the scoop makes for perfect cupcakes.
