Equestrian Workout

Because of the place, I’m staying at, working out on the floor is NOT an option. So, this morning I decided to do my Equestrian Workout. I’ve never actually done it yet but was happy to see that I never have to get on the ground to do it.

I started it this morning and only did one set. Was able to do;
15 BW Squats
25 Modified Jumping Jacks
25 Standing Calf Raises. Don’t have Dumbbells with me now.
20 Walking Lunges. Can also do stationary lunges with Dumbbells.
30 Second Wall Sit. Longest 30 seconds of my life lol.

I think I’m off to a good start. It doesn’t matter where or how you start. You do what you need to do for yourself. I know it’s hard but try not to compare yourself to others. Every BODY is different, therefore workouts will be different.

But if you start making a change, you will see change.
